I don't believe we've met. [Bright smile, because there's the very slight chance this might still be Hollywood--but on the other hand, there's the good chance it isn't, so we can leave off the "I'm Kathy" for a few minutes. And no, she hasn't noted the bird yet, and yeah, first floor sounds good.]
